Our recent survey of executive search firm recruiters indicates a return to pre-recession levels for the executive job market.
As the speed of improvement in the executive market continues, candidates will have more offers to consider and it will become harder to get their attention.
Companies will need to act swiftly to attract top talent and accelerate their hiring decisions.

This is great news for those in transition and seeking executive level roles, or those who are passively in the market.  Continuous improvement in market conditions and the notion of companies needing to make quick hiring decisions shows a refreshing confidence in the direction employment is heading.

We can only hope this translates to more additional hiring across the board for other top talent!
